At Rajvari, every order is prepared with care and shipped using trusted, reliable carriers. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing Times
All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom Modifications & Made-to-Measure Items
Orders that require sizing adjustments, customization, embroidery changes, or any special modifications require additional preparation time.
Custom-modified orders take approximately 7 days to prepare before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation once your customized item enters production and when it ships.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Select international regions
At checkout, you will see whether shipping is available to your address.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We use trusted carriers, including:
- DHL Express / DHL eCommerce
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS (United States)
- Canada Post (Canada)
- Royal Mail / Evri (United Kingdom)
Estimated delivery times (after your order has been processed):
United States:
5–10 business days
Canada:
5–12 business days
United Kingdom:
6–12 business days
International:
7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees depending on your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Rajvari is not responsible for delays caused by customs or refusal of customs payments.
6. Delivery Issues or Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- High-volume seasonal traffic
- Carrier network disruptions
- Weather impacts
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you are unable to locate it:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or household members
- Review carrier delivery notes
- Contact the shipping carrier
- If unresolved, contact us and we will assist in investigating
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled, but we will help you work toward a resolution.
