What currency are prices shown in? 

Our store automatically displays prices in your local currency (USD, CAD, GBP, etc.).

Shopify securely processes your payment in the same currency you see on the site, using real-time conversion rates.


How do I place an order?

Simply select your item, choose your size or customization option, and proceed to checkout.

If you need help with sizing, styling, or custom modifications, you can email us before placing your order.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — if the order has not yet entered processing or production, we can modify or cancel it.

  • For standard items: contact us as soon as possible
  • For custom/modified items: once production begins, cancellations may not be possible

If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Email us immediately at rupali.pathak8271@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Correct address

If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it.

If it has already shipped, re-shipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on the type of item:

  • Standard items: 1–2 business days
  • Custom or modified items: approx. 7 days before dispatch 

We will notify you when your order begins processing and when it ships.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note: carrier delays, customs processing, and holidays may extend delivery times.


Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number, which is sent via email once the order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Do you ship to the US, Canada, and UK?

 Yes, Rajvari ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

We also deliver to select international destinations.


Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Some countries may charge duties, VAT, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country’s regulations.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With tags still attached
  • In re-sellable condition

Some customized items may have limited return eligibility — please ask before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.

We will resolve the issue quickly — replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item: we cover it
  • For change-of-mind, sizing, or preference-based returns: customer covers return shipping

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.


Product, Sizing & Customization

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

Yes, many Rajvari pieces allow:

  • Sleeve adjustments
  • Length adjustments
  • Custom measurements
  • Special embroideries or modifications

Custom-modified orders require approx. 7 days before shipping.

For complex custom work, timelines may vary.


Can custom-made or customized products be returned? 

Some custom pieces may not be eligible for a full return depending on the customization level.

Minor modifications are usually eligible for return if unused. 

If your order is fully bespoke, we will inform you of the return eligibility before production.


What size should I choose?

Indian ethnic menswear has unique sizing.

If you’re unsure, email us and we will guide you based on:

  • Chest measurement
  • Shoulder width
  • Height
  • Usual shirt or suit size 

We also offer personalized recommendations.


Are the colors exactly as shown? 

We aim for accurate, high-quality photography.

However, color may vary slightly due to lighting and device screens.
