 At Rajvari, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our official store.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.

 To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original, re-sellable condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • With all tags, fillers, accessories, and packaging intact
  • Returned with proof of purchase

 Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

 

2. How to Start a Return

 Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, we will send you a return authorization confirmation
  • You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable)
  • Items sent back without prior approval will be rejected and returned to you

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 Please inspect your order upon delivery.

 If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

 …contact us within 72 hours so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.

 Photo evidence may be required to process claims.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Altered or tailored items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Worn accessories (turbans, stoles, jewelry, mojaris, etc.)
  • Items without tags or original packaging

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.

 

5. Exchanges

 We do not process direct exchanges.

 If you need a different color, size, or style:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Ship the item back once approved
  3. Place a new order for the desired item

 This ensures faster processing and product availability.


6. European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Eligible items must still meet the condition requirements listed above.

 

7. Refunds

 When your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

 Please note:

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Returned items that fail inspection will be sent back to you without refund

 If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


8. Return Shipping Costs

 Depending on your location and reason for return:

  • Defective / wrong items: Rajvari covers shipping
  • All other returns: Customer covers return shipping fees unless otherwise required by law

 Return labels may be deducted from your refund amount if applicable.
